Cousin Stizz has been on the radar of the rap world since dropping his debut mixtape Suffolk County last June. The 13-track project presented Stizz as a new-age artist with fresh sounds and material. He continues to receive support from many of the biggest names in hip-hop, including a slight co-sign by Drake on Instagram and being brought out on stage for Chance the Rapper's Family Matters tour stop in Boston.
Stizz starts 2016 off with a new track titled "Super Bowl." And from its lyrics we get a clear picture of a day-in-the-life of everyone's favorite Cousin. He raps, “Fuck, drink, smoke, all day / Count bankrolls all day / Work hard and go play / Party like the Super Bowl, aye!” Following a successful entrance into the industry last year, 2016 may be the year Cousin Stizz becomes a household name in hip-hop. "Super Bowl" sets the bar for Stizz and his fans. Let's hope this track is the first of many to drop this year.
